All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may update the App and this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
